This is an error your server returns while trying to contact the LCweb enpoint for licenses validation.
Could happen if LCweb server is temporary down: in this case it normally solves in few minutes.
Up to now (September 2022) we are aware of a sort of "block" performed by OVH cloud hosting against LCweb server.
The hoster still didn't manage to give us support to try solving the problem.
Facing it continuously, remember you can always use the Offline license validation and avoid calling the remote server.
In any case this is not related to any plugin system nor causes problems to your website.
